Your Responsibilities
By submitting, you affirm that your content is based on your genuine experience or good-faith knowledge, and that you are not knowingly submitting false statements, impersonating others, or disclosing private information unlawfully. You are responsible for your submission. You select the subjects of your posts independently; RipOffWire does not direct you to accuse a specific party.
Publication & Removal
Once published, complaints and comments cannot be directly edited or deleted by their authors. You grant RipOffWire a nonexclusive license to host, display, format, and distribute your submission. Administrators may correct, restrict, or remove content consistent with policies and applicable law. Removal is not guaranteed. Content may be quoted or indexed elsewhere even following removal.
Privacy & Emails
A name or nickname may appear publicly. We do not publicly display or sell your email address. Optional newsletter subscriptions can be ended at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
Responses & Independent Providers
Businesses may submit rebuttals or corrections. Any independent mediation, arbitration or moderation providers operate under their own arrangements, unless expressly identified otherwise.
Paid Features
Advertising, promotions, and profile enhancements may be offered separately from complaint decisions. RipOffWire does not charge to remove a complaint. Payments do not guarantee edits or removal.
Legal Protections
RipOffWire reserves all protections and defenses available under applicable law, including 47 U.S.C. § 230 where applicable. No clause excludes nonwaivable legal rights or liabilities. This page is not legal advice.
